Submit a proposal to present in Phoenix, Arizona, in January 2025!

Discover Your Language Teaching Oasis – Quench your thirst with like-minded Native and World Language educators!

Thursday-Saturday, January 24th – January 25th, 2025. (Pre-conference workshops are on Thursday, January 23).

 
The Southwest Conference on Language Teaching (SWCOLT) is accepting proposals for 60-minute presentations (with collaborative activity optional) and 15-minute “roadrunner” presentations (to show and discuss classroom tested, ready-to-use tips and techniques).
Compelling proposals address the needs of today’s learners and educators by focusing on innovative programs, emerging trends and research-informed practices.
 
There are four focus areas:
1) Planning
2) The Learning Experience
3) Performance/Feedback/Assessment
4) Collaboration and Professionalism
