Certificate of Attendance 

Participants who attend live webinar events can request a 1.5-hour Continuing Education PD certificate through a form shared in the Zoom chat at the end of each event. If you cannot find the evaluation form link, or need to request a certificate please email CERCLL at cercll@arizona.edu. We kindly ask you to not bring up certificate requests in the webinar chat or in the Q&A feature in Zoom. 

After each webinar, we share a link to an anonymous Google evaluation form in the Zoom chat, so it is important to stay until the end. Upon completing and submitting this form, you will see a thank you screen with a link to request your certificate. Click this link or copy and paste it into your browser to provide your name and email address for certificate delivery.

We grant certificates to live participants who meet a minimum attendance time requirement. We expect participants to be present for the full webinar, but we will issue a certificate if a participant has attended at least 85% of the webinar, which is an approximate total of 75 minutes. These participation standards are necessary to fulfill our responsibility to the funders who enable us to offer these events for free.

CERCLL will send an email after the webinar with instructions on how to request a digital badge. You will only receive this email if you meet the minimum time requirements noted above.

When can I expect my certificate of attendance to be issued?
Certificates of attendance are typically issued within 2 weeks of the webinar date. Sometimes certificates are delayed, we are a small team, so it all depends on what other events we have going on at the time.
Is this webinar being recorded?
Yes, all our webinars are recorded. Webinar recordings require editing before being uploaded to our website and YouTube. A link to the webinar recording is emailed to everyone who registered for the webinar. You can also find the recording on our website event pages or on our YouTube channel.
If I didn't attend the event live, but I watched the recording later, can I still request a certificate of attendance?
We currently only offer certificates to live webinar attendees that meet the time requirement.
