The ICC Conference is Moving to Emory University!

There are many reasons why conferences build networking time into their schedules. The 10th International Intercultural Competence Conference hosted by CERCLL in Spring, 2026, was expected to be the final iteration in the series. However, during the event CERCLL Director Beatrice Dupuy and frequent participant Dr. Hiram Maxim and others talked about what the conference has meant over the years to educators, researchers and practitioners who are interested in this field. After months of discussions, we are excited to announce that the conference has found a new home at Emory University–it will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, in February 2028. The theme will be Intercultural Competence and Democratic Citizenship.
