Conference registration fees cover conference materials, admittance to the keynote and plenary presentations as well as all paper sessions, a reception (with cash bar) on Friday evening, and coffee breaks each day. The registration process contains an additional option to purchase boxed lunches on the Friday and Saturday of the conference (not available for selection after 1/22/2012, but there are other dining options at the venue). The conference registration fee does not include admittance to pre- and post-conference workshops, for which attendees must register separately.

Student registration rates are available for currently enrolled fulltime students. Proof of current student status is required at registration.

Remote attendee registration rates are for participants who are unable to attend the conference in person. Remote attendees will have access to live video streams of the keynote and plenary addresses, as well as to selected paper sessions and panel discussions (a complete list is at the “Papers and Panels” link above). You can watch the conference live in your web browser. Links to recordings will be available to you after the conference.

For more information about remote attendance, including technical requirements, see our ICC 2012 Remote Attendance FAQ.

One day conference registration fees cover conference materials, admittance to all conference presentations on the selected day, and coffee breaks on that day.

Workshop registration fees include the cost of instruction, workshop materials and a certificate of completion. Participants do not need to register for the conference if they only plan to attend workshop(s).

Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received by December 19, 2011. No refunds will be offered after this date, except in cases where attendees were unable to obtain an international visa.

Visa Information: Most international guests will need to apply for a temporary, non-immigrant visa to attend our conference. For instructions on applying for a visa, please visit the U.S. State Department website. Here you will find a complete list of U.S. embassies around the world.

36 countries are part of the U.S. Visa Waiver Program, and do not require visas for most short-term visits to the U.S. Please see the U.S. State Department's Visa Waiver Program website for full details.

It is highly recommended that you begin your visa application procedure as soon as possible to ensure ample time for the process. CERCLL does not provide “invitation letters”, however we can send you a letter to say that you have registered for the conference as soon as your registration is complete and this can be used in your visa application. After you have registered, please send an email to cercll@email.arizona.edu to request the letter.

In the event that you are not able to obtain a visa after you have already paid your registration fees, we will fully refund your registration fees. You must notify CERCLL by email that your visa application was denied by January 25, 2012.
